Kellen Interactive created a special membership eMarketing technology strategy called the Membership Information and Demographics Intelligence System (MIDIS, pronounced Midas). The MIDIS approach provides the frame work to connect the right membership benefits to the right people using very precise target marketing and messaging.
In order to accomplish this, KI created a dynamic PURL (personalized URL) system that combines these products, services and benefits and matches them to members and prospects on their own unique PURL web page. PURLs offer a quick and simple way to present people with resources they are most interested in so someone doesn't have to spend extra time finding it themselves.
By providing targeted personalized information to people based on their interests, it ultimately provides more value to members and prospects and it saves money by not having to mass broadcast all promotions to everyone.
